Kengo Hanazawa is easily one of Japan's most influential comic artists nin the last 15 years. His previous works Boys on the Run was one of the nmost popular movies in recent Japanese history. Hanazawa's works focus non the everyday struggles of young adults in Japan; often tackling nissues such as underemployment, mental health and an eroding social nsafety net. His series sci-fi drama Ressentiment was awarded the 2005 nSense of Gender Award.
