Silkolene Chain Lube effectively penetrates the inner rollers and pins, seals the chain to combat the ingress of water and other contaminants thus increasing chain and sprocket life. Silkolene Chain Lubricant is quick drying, forms a stg thin oil film and provides good corrosion protection. Suitable for all chains including â œOâ 157;, â œXâ 157; and Z ring types. Application Ensure chain is clean and dry prior to applying Silkolene Chain Lube. We stgly recommend the use of Silkolene Brake and Chain Cleaner prior to use. Shake can well before application. Apply sparingly to the whole length of the inside of a clean warm chain. Leave for a period of time (ideally a few hours) before use. Wipe away excess.
