According to Dr. Zakir Hussain, Nayyar's poems for children are considered his most precious achievement.Shafiuddin Nayyar was aware that fame and respect in literature often comes from studying the works of established authors. However, there is nothing wrong with writing for children to add a different flavor to one's writing. Additionally, it is easier to find a place in the literary world when writing for a younger audience.However, Nayyar never cared about fame and honor. He solely wrote for children, and children alone. It is indeed a fact that creating children's literature requires more time and effort. He does not have access to seminars, nor does he have the opportunity to meet the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, and other dignitaries.
