Since she was a child, Laura Lynn dealt with overwhelming feelings of empathy and being emotionally sensitive. Learning how to cope began with counseling and medication, which eventually led to feelings of being numb and ignored. Mental health is a topic that needs to be openly discussed as all of us have had to deal with anxiety or depression at some point in our lives.
